The Nuuka BEMS service now features portfolio-level sustainability reporting.

The new reporting application makes it possible to manage all the master data for a portfolio’s sustainability material using just a single application.

All the required information relating to sustainability surveys and internal reporting are found in a single location and are always up-to-date.

You can use the analysis application to compare properties within a portfolio with one another or with general statistics.

The service can be used to acquire data automatically from various source systems. The software calculates the required results and KPI key figures and carries out a sanity check.

Checked reporting material can be transferred directly from the service to e.g. the GRESB sustainability survey.

The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
